Based on above principles Top Management of ADPL sets appropriate Corporate Objectives supported by measurable Departmental Quality Objectives to improve the overall effectiveness of Quality Management System.Management Representative appointed by Executive Director controls Quality Management System. Management Representative has the responsibility and authority for establishing implementing and maintaining all processes and practices needed for Quality Management System on day-to-day basis at all levels in all concerned Departments. |
