“R&D occupies the centre spread in our college of success. Our teams of technicians trained from world-renowned institutes, like U.D.C.T. (ICT -Mumbai) are focused on developing, enhancing and modifying our products to meet the varying needs of our markets and diverse clientele. The technicians have at their disposal one of the most well designed laboratories in the industry. The feedback from our customers provide us the template on identifying research areas to focus on.

Export Markets Strategy

“We do not stop at manufacturing alone! A very critical, but often confusing, area of reactive dyeing is dye application. Our technical sales and services department is tasked with working closely with our customers to rigorously test and recommend customer centric application techniques.

Astik’s collective pool of experience in reactive dyeing ensures a deep understanding of common to complex issues in dye applications and our customers continually benefit from this repository of knowledge.

Quality Control

Our Quality control and Technical Services laboratories have the most modern equipment including HPLC, Spectrophotometer & latest color matching systems to test all key parameters. Products are only released after going through a thorough ISO certified cross check process”

Key highlights from our Research efforts

First in India to develop a full series of multi-chromophore dyes with our Meactive DS Series
Developed several product ranges such as High light and perspiration light fastness dyes to withstand the toughest sportswear uses.
Introduced a self-parrot -green colour for printing, Meactive Brilliant Green PX-G, which is a first in the industry to help printers manage the unlevel printing usually seen in traditional combination of lemon yellow and turquoise blues.
New non photochromatic golden yellow developed in a very economical package

Analytical Capabilities

In our 3000 sq ft. laboratory, equipped with multiple HPLC’s each dedicated to various functions such as testing banned substances in all our finished products, raw material testing, processing monitoring and product development.
Every lot of the raw materials used in our manufacturing processes, are tested for all the different restricted substances to ensure compliance with MRSLS of all the leading brands globally.
Based on our risk matrix criterion the testing is carried our routinely for banned amines and other hazardous materials.
